艺术计划第二号由长达二十页貌似游戏指令的文本构成,其程序规则指三项基本活动:“看”(窥视)、“被看” 及“ 对话”(对讲)文本措辞风格仿照法律文件和合同格式制定 。在作品的避戏中,两个参与者同时被要 求在两个管理者的监视下对话, 同场的四十馀人则在上透过小孔争相偷窥。
Art Project No.2 consists of a twenty-page text resembling a series of game instructions, its process consisting of three basic actions:“see”,“ be seen”and“discuss.”The text imitates the rhetoric and structure of legal texts and contracts. In the game described in the artwork, two participants engage in a discussion under the watchful eye of two administrators, while more than forty people above vie for a chance to spy on the players through small peepholes.

本计划以实施对讲和窥视为宗旨。
全部计划由八个部分组成:
一. 对讲、窥视及对讲权、窥视权;
二. 对讲员、窥视员、监督员之性质、权利、义务及名额;
三. 产生对讲员、窥视员、监督员之程序;
四. 对讲厅、窥视厅结构及其他;
五. 对讲程序;
六. 对讲及窥视规则;
七. 禁忌;
八. 说明。
一. 对讲、窥视及对讲权、窥视权
对讲:一种受限制的、被动的“交谈”方式。即按规则获得“对讲权”之人员,在规定场所规定时间以规定方式与规定对象说话(也可称其为“谈话”、“对谈”或“对说”)。
窥视:一种受限制的、纯粹的看。即在规定场所按规定方式对对讲情况进行观察。
对讲权:进行对讲之权利。对讲权仅在规定时间(对讲时间)规定场所(对讲厅)实际有效。
窥视权:进行窥视之权利。窥视权仅在规定场所(窥视厅)实际有效。
二. 对讲员、窥视员、监督员之性质、权利、义务及名额
A. 对讲员之性质、权利、义务及名额
1. 对讲员即有权在规定场所规定时间以规定方式与规定对象进行对讲之人员。
2. 对讲员有在规定时间、规定场所与规定对象以规定方式进行对讲之权利。
3. 对讲员在规定时间、规定场所必须与规定对象进行对讲。
4. 对讲员必须遵守对讲程序和规则。
5. 对讲员在对讲时间内兼任(间断性地)受听员。
6. 对讲员之权利、义务仅在规定时间内(对讲时间)实际有效。
7. 对讲员在对讲前后为名誉窥视员,其权利、义务与窥视员相同。
8. 对讲员在对讲前,其对讲权冻结。
9. 对讲员在对讲后,其对讲权自然失效。
10. 对讲员编制10人,实际名额2人。
11. 对讲员按程序产生。
B. 窥视员之性质、权利、义务及名额
1. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)即无权(或暂时不能)进行对讲但有权在规定场所对对讲情况进行直接(肉眼)窥视之人员。
2. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)有权在规定场所以规定方式窥视对讲情况。
3. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)必须争取窥视。
4. 因条件限制而暂时无法窥视者可采取规则许可之行为。
5. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)必须遵守窥视规则。
6. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)编制49人,实际名额47人。
C. 监督员之性质、权利、义务及名额
1. 监督员即主持对讲及窥视活动并管理有关行政事务之人员。
2. 监督员有权按规则程序主持选取对讲员、窥视员工作。
3. 监督员有权监督对讲员、指出并纠正违例现象。
4. 监督员有权监督窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)指出并纠正违例现象。
5. 监督员有权(用闹钟)掌握对讲时间。
6. 监督员有权对对讲内容进行录音。
7. 监督员有权检查“对讲编码顺序牌”及“窥视员证书”。
8. 监督员必须遵守有关规则。
9. 监督员编制3人,实际名额3人。
10. 监督员专门指定。
三. 产生对讲员、窥视员之程序(报名、初选、复选、终选、分类)
报名规则:
1.凡要求参加对讲及窥视活动者须报名登记。
2. 凡自愿参加对讲及窥视活动、拥护对讲和窥视规则者均可报名。
3. 报名者必须如实填写《对讲及窥视初选登记表》、《社会态度调查表》、《宗教态度调查表》。
4. 报名者须持身份证。
5. 报名者须交纳价值相当于人民币5元以上、7元以下的实物为“押金”。
6. 报名人数不限。
7. 报名工作由监督员(甲)主持。
初选条件(内部掌握)
1. 拥护对讲及窥视规则、自愿在有关程序制约下参加对讲及窥视活动。
2. 有强烈的对讲或窥视愿望。
3. 文化程度(指实际文化水平)在小学三年级以上、大学(本科)三年级以下。
注:有以下情况者不能通过初选:
① 与参加初选中的任何成员关系甚密者(如情侣、夫妻、亲戚、亲友、同学、同事、同乡、邻居或其他)。
② 持续咳嗽一个月以上者。
初选规则:
1. 由监督(乙)(丙)组成初选审核组。
2. 审核内容(内部掌握)。
a. 报名者所填各表是否属实。
b. 报名者艺术态度及人品。
c. 报名者对对讲及窥视活动之态度。
d. 报名者的对讲或窥视欲望程度。
e. 报名者与其他参与人员之关系。
f. 报名者咳嗽情况。
g. 报名者身份证。
3. 凡符合条件者均可通过初选。
4. 初选合格者名额不限。
5. 任何人不得以任何理由对初选结果表示异议。
6. 向初选合格者颁发《初选合格证》。
7. 签署《对讲及窥视协议书》

甲方:对讲及窥视组织者(监督员甲为代办人)
乙方:对讲及窥视活动初选合格者。
一、甲方之权利、义务:
1. 甲方依照对讲及窥视程序规则组织实施对讲及窥视活动。
2. 甲方有权通过监督员监督乙方执行规则之情况。
3. 甲方有任命或罢免监督员之权利。
4. 甲方有维护规则所确认的乙方各项权利之义务。
5. 甲方有维护对讲及窥视活动各项程序及规则完整性的义务。
6. 甲方对乙方在参加对讲及窥视活动时间内(通过初选至结束)
可能遇到的意外损失承担部分责任。
二、 乙方之权利、义务
1. 乙方有进入复选之权利。
2. 乙方在通过复选后,有进入终选之权利。
3. 乙方在通过终选后,后进入分类之权利。
4. 乙方获对讲权或窥视权后,有进行对讲或窥视之权利。
5. 乙方保证遵守对讲及窥视活动各项规则。
6. 乙方在对讲及窥视活动中努力避免各种意外事件之发生。
7. 乙方对自己在对话或窥视活动中可能遇到的意外损失承担部分责任。

复选规则:
1. 参加复选者应交《初选合格证》。
2. 复选以抽签方式决定合格者53人。
3. 每人仅可抽取一张签牌。
4. 复选抽签是一次性的。
5. 复选合格者、原《初选合格证》没收,另发《复选合格证》。
6. 复选工作由监督员(甲)(乙)主持。
注1:每张签牌由3×7(厘米)元书纸制成。签牌数根据初选合格者人数确定。其中53张画有“О”,其余画有“×”。抽得“О”的即为复选合格,抽得“×”的即被淘汰。
注②: 终选合格即有资格参加对讲或窥视。
终选规则:
1. 参加终选者应交《复选合格证》
2. 分类以抽签方式决定合格者49人。
3. 每人仅可抽取一张签牌。
4. 终选抽签是一次性的。
5. 根据抽签结果,通过终选者原《复选合格证》没收,发给《终选合格证》。
6. 终选工作由监督员(丙)主持。
注1:每张签牌由3×7(厘米)元书纸制成,共53张,其中49张画有“О”,4张画有“×”。抽得 “О”的即为终选合格者,抽得“×”的即被淘汰。
注2:终选合格即有资格参加对讲或窥视。

一点忠告:
依照有关规则,你已获得对讲资格,请务必注意下列各项,不然你会吃亏:
1. 在规定你进对讲厅的时候你才能进。
2. 在规定你进对讲厅的时候你要尽快进。
3. 在进对讲厅通过梯口的时候你不能跳跃。
4. 进入对讲厅后你要顺着规定路线走。
5. 在规定你讲的时间里你一定要讲。
6. 在规定你讲的时候你才能讲。
7. 在规定对方讲的时候你要沉默。
8. 在规定对方讲的时间里你要举止庄重。
9. 到你回窥视厅的时候您才能回。
10 . 到你回窥视厅的时候你要尽快回。
11. 同你对讲的那个人是谁、他(她)会讲什么、他(她)会做什么,你只有和他(她)对讲了才知道,切勿过早打听。
12. 请你尽量放松。
13. 你返回窥视厅后要做和窥视员一样的事情。

一点忠告:

1.在窥视厅内层墙板四周有窥视孔,你可从这些窥视孔中窥视到对讲情况。
2.窥视孔40个,窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)共47人,你应尽力争取到一个窥视孔。
3.如果你暂时没有得到窥视孔,应注意随时可能空出来的窥视孔。
4.你可采取规则许可之行为争取窥视孔。
5.你在窥视时如有可能最好多换换角度。
6.你在窥视时要注意两只眼睛经常轮换。
7.你必须保持沉默,即便是在争取窥视孔的时候。
8.如果你没有得到窥视孔,也不想争取得到窥视孔,应当采取规则许可之其他行为。
9.你应提防有人对你突然采取夺取窥视孔之行动。
四. 对进厅、窥视厅结构及其他
A. 对讲厅
对讲厅即供对讲员进行对讲之唯一场所。
对讲厅由长10米、高4米的墙板四块构成,面积=边长×边长=10×10=100(平方米)
注:设构成对讲厅之墙板为“1”号墙板。
墙板厚度:0.4——0.5厘米(在总设计中忽略不计)。
B. 窥视厅
窥视厅即供窥视员进行窥视之场所。
窥视厅位于对讲厅四周外层(以“1号墙板”为隔板)
窥视厅由“1号墙板”与边长14米、高4米之外层墙板四块构成。
面积=边长×边长-对讲厅面积=12×12—100=96(平方米)
注:设构成窥视厅外层之墙板“2号墙板”四周间距即窥视厅,四周宽度均为2米。
C. 窥视孔
窥视孔即供窥视员进行窥视之小孔。
窥视孔位于“1号墙板”四周,每孔与地面相对高度1.7米,直径0.9厘米。
窥视孔贯通“对讲厅”与“窥视厅”两空间。
窥视孔共40个,每面墙板10个,起于墙板两端0.91米处,两孔之间距均为0.91米。
D. 总出入口。
总出入口即供监督员、对讲员、窥视员进出之总门。
总出入口开设于“2号墙板”任意一侧。
总出入口高度2.63米、宽0.63米。
E. 对讲厅、窥视厅之颜色
对讲厅(即“1号墙板”内侧墙面)颜色为本白。
窥视厅(即“1号墙板”外侧墙面与“2墙板”内侧墙面)颜色为深灰。
“2号墙板”外侧墙面为本白。
F. 辅助点及辅助线
为在对讲厅确定对讲员进出路线,对讲员席、监督员席、对讲厅出口(梯口)之方位特附加的辅助点和辅助线。
1. 分别在“1号墙板”相对两侧内墙长度之二分之一处作垂直于地面的A线和B线,在A线逆时针方向墙面长度之二分之一处作垂直于地面的C线,在相对墙面长度之二分之一处作垂直于地面的D线。
2. 将A、B二线、C、D二线分别在地面延伸相联。
由此可得二条垂直相交的轴线,即AB轴线和CD轴线。二线之交点即为E。
G. 对讲厅进出口
对讲厅进出口即供对讲员进出对讲厅之木梯。
木梯分别设置于“1号墙板”A、B二线处。
每一处木梯分别设于墙板内外侧。
木梯高度与“1号墙板”高度平齐,与地面成80度倾斜。
设:靠A线处木梯为“A号梯”,靠B点线处木梯为“”B号梯”。A号梯、B号梯颜色均为白色。
H. 对讲员席
对讲员席即供对讲员双方进行对讲之木质方凳。
方凳二张,分别设于A B轴线上,距交点E两侧0.9米处。
方凳坐高均为0.43米,凳面面积=0.23×0。23=0。053(平方米)
设:近A线之方凳为a位,近B线之方凳为b位。对讲席a、b两方凳颜色均为本白色。
I. 监督员席
监督员席即供监督员(二人)进行工作之靠椅和方桌。
靠椅坐高0.43米,靠椅面积=0.23×0.23=0.053(平方米);
靠背高度:1.13米;方桌高度:0.69米;
桌面面积=0.53×0.53=0.23(平方米)
靠椅均面向E点。
设:近C线之监督员席为C席,近D线之监督员席为d席。
注:C席之靠椅距C线样面及d席之靠椅距D线样面均为1.3米,方桌位于靠椅正前方,二者间距0.13米(c、d位相同)。
C席方桌上放置普通双喇叭单声道收录机一架。
D席方桌上放置机械闹钟一只。
监督员席(c、d)之靠椅,方桌颜色均为本白。
J. 其他
1. 用半透明白色尼龙布将对讲厅封顶。
2. 尼龙布在“A号梯”、“B号梯”顶端留出出入口。出入口之大小以适合一人进出为宜。
3. 在尼龙布上平行于AB、CD二轴线留出透气孔。 每透气孔直径为0.7厘米。每轴线留孔20-30个。
注①:对讲厅、窥视厅、不设任何人工之光源。
注②: 对讲厅、窥视厅可在露天、仓库、展厅或其他任何满足对讲要求之场所设置。
五. 对讲程序
A. 对讲员之对讲顺序及组合编排。
a. 对讲员之对讲顺序及组合以抽签方式确定。
b. 抽签编码范围:1A-5A 1B-5B
c. A和B相同数组合,即1A与1B、2A与2B组合,以此顺推可得5对对讲员之组合及对讲顺序,即:A与1B---5A与5B
注:对讲员抽签所得编码顺序牌,为进入对讲厅对讲之凭据,也即“对讲权”之凭据。
d. 对讲编码顺序牌由3×7(平方厘米)的元书纸制成,上面写有1A-5A、1B-5B的编码。
e. 对讲员在抽签前须交《对讲员证书》、抽签后原《对讲员证书》没收。
f. 编码抽签由监督员(丙)主持。
B. 监督员二人进入对讲厅就位。
C. 对讲员(即名誉窥视员)、窥视员及监督员一人由总出入口进入窥视厅。
D. 对讲员以1A与1B至5A与5B为顺序,依次由对讲厅进出口(“A号梯”或“B号梯”)从窥视厅进入对讲厅。(未轮到的对讲员仍留在窥视厅。)”
E. 进入对讲厅之对讲员顺AB轴线,分别在a席或b席就坐。
F. 对讲开始。
注1、与此同时,窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)开始窥视。
注②:监督员二人分别位于c席与d席同时进入工作程序(录音及控制时间)。
注③:监督员一人在窥视厅巡视。
六. 对讲及窥视规则
1. 对讲员及窥视员凭《对讲顺序编码牌》或《窥视员证书》由总出入口进窥视厅。
2. 对讲分若干小节进行,每小节30分钟。
3. 每一小节对讲由对讲员二人(A、B)进行。
4. 对讲顺序=对讲员编码顺序=对讲小节顺序。
5. 对讲员(每对)按对讲顺序,即以30分钟间隔进入对讲厅。
6. 轮到对讲之对讲员双方在前一个小节对讲员返回窥视厅时即可进入对讲厅。
7. 轮到对讲之对讲员双方在前一个小节对讲员返回窥视厅时应尽快进入厅,不得拖延。
8. 对讲员凭《对讲编码顺序牌》进入对进厅。
9. 对讲员之间不得私下调换对讲顺序。
10. 对讲员之间不得私下调换《对讲顺序编码牌》和《窥视员证书》或将证书出售、转让他人。
11. 对讲员对讲结束后,须将《对讲顺序编码牌》交给监督员(丙)。
12. 对讲员双方须由对讲厅进出口“A号梯”和“B号梯”分别进入对将厅。
13. A方对讲员由“A号梯”进入对讲厅。
B方对讲员由“B号梯”进入对讲厅。
14. A方对讲员进对讲厅后顺AB轴线行进,在a位就坐;B方对讲员进入对讲后顺AB轴线行进,在b位就坐。
15. 对讲员双方须面对面就坐。
16. 对讲员双方在行进中不得逆反、停顿、加速或改变方向。
17. 对讲员双方坐定,即对讲开始。
18. 对讲以双方轮流发言形式进行,每一方一次发言时间3分钟。
19. 对讲开始,A方为第一发言者,以后双方交替发言。
20. 发言时间由监督员根据闹钟控制,以手势提示发言。
21. 监督员用手敲打桌面来警告违例。
22. 对讲员在进入发言时间2-3分钟仍未发言,监督员即提出警告。
23. 一方进入发言时间,即享有发言权。
24. 享有发言权一方有权以任何语言、任何动作表达他想要表达的内容(针对对讲及窥视活动及人员情况内容除外)
25. 享有发言权一方不得离坐或触摸攻击对方身体。
26. 享有发言权一方在规定时间内必须发言(讲话)。
27. 发言者在发言时间内实际发言时间可不足3分钟,也可间隙发言。
28. 发言者发言时间(指双方轮换每次每方发言时间)不得超过3分钟。
29. 发言者在发言时间内,可以沉默(在发言间隙),其发言权仍然有效,对方不得占有。
30. 发言内容无任何限制。
31. 发言者之发言音量不得低于8.3分贝。
32. 未进入发言时间之一方,即为受听者。
33. 受听者在听时须保持庄重。
34. 受听者在受听时间内不得发出声响。
35. 受听者必须始终正视对方直至自己发言时间。
36. 受听者不得打哈欠、打喷嚏、咳嗽。
37. 受听者不得吸烟。
38. 受听者不得攻击对方或自己身体。
39. 受听者不得做出任何带有诱惑、侮辱性动作干扰对方发言。
40. 受听者不得离坐。
41. 每一小节(30分钟)对讲结束后,对讲员双方应按原路尽快返
回窥视厅,不得拖延。
42. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得进入对讲厅。
43. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)须通过窥视孔进行窥视,不得在窥视孔以外地方窥视。
44. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)可采取拖、拉、踢、揪他人之行为争取窥视孔,但不得发出任何声响。
45. 被拖、拉、踢、揪之窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)可对上述行为不予理睬或做出适当反应,但不得进行报复或反抗。
46. 采取拖、拉、踢、揪之行为以争取窥视孔之窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得使用任何器械。
47. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得吸烟。
48. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)之间不得以任何方式进行交谈、示意。
49. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得攻击、虐待自己身体。
50. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得以任何诱惑性动作干扰其他窥视员。
51. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)之间不得嬉笑。
52. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得与监督员有任何语言或行为之接触。
53. 窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得攀扶、倚靠、触摸墙板。
54. 暂时没有得到窥视孔之窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)不得打瞌睡、蹲、躺、跪或席地而坐。
55. 暂时没有得到窥视孔而又不想采取行动争取窥视孔之窥视员(包
括名誉窥视员)可以采取下列行为:
a. 或在窥视厅内不停地走动
b. 或在某个正在窥视之窥视者身后静止等待。
c. 或固定某种姿态直至对讲活动结束。
d. 或以一定频率间隙性地变换某个固定动作。
56. 最后一小节对讲结束(对讲员返回窥视厅)即告对讲及窥视活动结束。
57. 对讲员、窥视员、监督员由总出入口进出窥视厅。
58. 对讲员、窥视员在进入窥视厅前,须分别通读本规则3至5遍。
附1 处罚条例
① 对讲员对讲时违例三次即被戴上口罩直至对讲小节结束。
② 违例超过三次每次违例均加戴口罩一只。
③ 正在窥视之窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)违例即限其以一眼窥视30分钟,另一眼必须紧闭。
④ 未窥视之窥视员(包括名誉窥视员)违例而令其脱鞋(时间在10月15至次年4月15日间)或穿上棉鞋(活动时间在4月16日至10月14日间)直至对讲结束。
⑤ 所有违例者其“押金”均被没收。
附2 监督员工作守则
1 监督员(乙、丙)进入对讲厅主持和监督对讲。乙在c席就坐,丙在d席就坐。
2 监督员乙负责录音
3 监督员丙负责控制时间(分别用左右手提示对应方向对讲员发言)。
4 督员甲在窥视厅内巡视。
⑤ 监督员应就对讲及窥视过程中可能出现的意外情况及时与活动组织者取得联系,不得擅自做出决定。
⑥ 监督员应该及时警告违例现象或执行处罚。
⑦ 监督员不得擅自改变有关程序及规则。
⑧ 监督员不得与他人进行交谈。
⑨ 监督员不得与他人握手、拥抱、嬉笑、或接触他人身体。
⑩ 监督员不得攻击、虐待他人或自己身体。
11 监督员不得以任何诱惑性动作干扰他人。
12 监督员除按规则进行工作外,不得直接介入对讲内容,不得对对讲内容表示任何意见,或予以答复。
13 监督员对任何有关对讲活动的咨询均无权予以答复。
七. 禁忌
1. 任何参与者不得以任何方式向任何人打听初选、复选、终选、分类及编码情况。
2. 任何参与者不得以任何方式向任何人打听其他参与者情况。
3. 对讲员不得以任何方式向任何人打听与自己相组合的对讲者情况。
4. 任何参与者不得以任何方式向任何人透露自己的情况。
5. 任何参与者不得对对讲及窥视活动各程序和规则提出质疑和咨询。
6. 任何参与者不得对对讲活动及窥视权威性提出质疑。
7. 任何参与者在进入活动程序后(报名)不得提出反悔。
8. 任何参与者不得以任何方式提出规则许可之外之个人要求。
八. 说明
1. 本计划以自公布(刊出)之日起,一年内实施(一次完成)。
2. 对讲及窥视是一次性的,不得重复。

I. Talkback, peeping, and the respective right to talkback and right to peeping
Talkback: A restricted and passive mode of “conversation.” Whichever personnel gains the “right to talkback” according to the regulations may engage in speech with the stipulated object at the stipulated venue at the stipulated time and in the stipulated style (also referred to as “chatting,” “dialogue,” or “locution”).
Peeping: A restricted and pure form of looking. Refers to engaging of the observation of the situation of talkback at the stipulated venue and according to the stipulated methods.
Right to talkback: The right to engage in talkback. This right is only valid during the stipulated time (talkback time) and in the stipulated venue (talkback hall).
Right to peeping: The right to engage in peeping. This right is, in practice, only valid in the stipulated venue (peeping hall).
II. The characteristics, rights, responsibilities, and numbers of talkback personnel, peeping personnel, and supervising personnel
A. The characteristics, rights, responsibilities, and number of talkback personnel
1. Talkback personnel consist of those personnel with the right to engage in talkback with the stipulated object at the stipulated venue at the stipulated time and in the stipulated style.
2. Talkback personnel have the right to engage in talkback with the stipulated object at the stipulated venue at the stipulated time and in the stipulated style.
3. Talkback personnel are required to engage in talkback with the stipulated object at the stipulated time in the stipulated venue.
4. Talkback personnel are required to observe the talkback procedures and regulations.
5. Talkback personnel also serve (alternately) as listening personnel during the stipulated time.
6. Rights and responsibilities of talkback personnel are valid only during the stipulated time (talkback time).
7. Prior to and after the talkback period talkback personnel are titled honorary peeping personnel, with the rights and responsibilities of peeping personnel.
8. Prior to the talkback period the talkback rights of talkback personnel are frozen.
9. After the talkback period the talkback rights of talkback personnel naturally lose their efficacy.
10. The quota for talkback personnel is 10, while the actual number is two.
11. Talkback personnel are produced according to procedures.
B. Characteristics, rights, responsibilities, and number of peeping personnel
1. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) are those who do not have the right to (or temporarily may not) engage in talkback but do have the right to directly (with their own eyes) peep on the execution of the talkback situation in the stipulated venue.
2. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) have the right to peep on the talkback situation at the stipulated venue and according to the stipulated method.
3. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) are required to strive to peep.
4. Peeping personnel limited by circumstances or temporarily unable to peep may engage in the behavior allowed by the relevant stipulations.
5. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) are required to observe the peeping regulations.
6. The quote for peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) is 49, while the actual number is 47.
C. The characteristics, rights, responsibilities, and number of supervising personnel
1. Supervising personnel are those personnel who host talkback and peeping and activities, and manage relevant administrative duties.
2. Supervising personnel have the right to moderate and select the work of talkback personnel and peeping personnel according to the regulations and procedures.
3. Supervising personnel have the right to supervise talkback personnel, pointing out and rectifying any phenomena found to be in breach of regulations.
4. Supervising personnel have the right to supervise peeping personal (including honorary peeping personnel), pointing out and rectifying any phenomena found to be in breach of regulations.
5. Supervising personnel have the right to control the talkback period (with an alarm clock).
6. Supervising personnel have the right to engage in the recording of the content of the talkback session.
7. Supervising personnel have the right to examine the “Talkback Coding Sequence Card” and “Peeping Personnel Certificate.”
8. Supervising personnel are required to observe the relevant regulations.
9. The quota for supervising personnel is three, and the actual number is three.
10. Supervising personnel are specially appointed.
III. Procedures for the production of talkback personnel and peeping personnel (registration, preliminary selection, intermediate selection, final selection, categorization)
1. Those seeking to participate in talkback and peeping activities are required to report for registration.
2. Those willing to participate in talkback and peeping activities as well as those who endorse the talkback and peeping regulations are eligible for registration.
3. Participants at the time of registration are required to accurately fill out the “Talkback and Peeping Preliminary Selection Registration Form,” “Social Attitude Survey Form,” and “Religious Attitude Survey Form.”
4. Participants at the time of registration must carry an identity card.
5. Participants at the time of registration are required to hand in a physical object worth a value of more than RMB5 but less than RMB7 as a “deposit.”
6. The number of participants at the time of registration is unlimited.
7. Registration work shall be carried out by supervising personnel (A).
Conditions for preliminary selection (controlled internally)
1. Must endorse the talkback and peeping regulations, and must be willing to participate in talkback and peeping activities under the restrictions of the relevant procedures.
2. Must have a strong desire for talkback or peeping.
3. Highest level of cultural education (actual level) must be between primary school grade three and university (undergraduate) year three.
Note: Participants at the time of registration subject to the following circumstances may not pass the preliminary selection:
1. Participant has an intimate relationship with any other member participating in the preliminary selection (including romantic partners, husband or wife, family relations, close friends, classmates, colleagues, people from the same area, neighbors, or others).
2. Participant has had a cough for over a month.
Regulations of preliminary selection:
1. Supervising personnel (A) and (B) form preliminary selection groups for verification.
2. Content of verification (controlled internally).
a. Veracity of forms filled out by participants.
b. Participant character and attitude towards art.
c. Participant attitude toward talkback and peeping.
d. Degree of participant desire toward talkback and peeping.
e. Relationships between participant and other participating personnel.
f. Condition of cough in participant.
g. Identity card of participant.
3. Those who fulfill the conditions may pass the preliminary selection.
4. There is no limit to the number of participants who may fulfill the criteria of the preliminary selection.
5. No participant may express objection to the results of the preliminary selection based on any of the reasons listed above.
6. Participants who conform to the criteria of the preliminary selection will receive the “Certificate of Qualification in Preliminary Selection.”
7. Participants will sign the “Talkback and Peeping Agreement.”
Appendix: “Talkback and Peeping Agreement”
Party A: Talkback and peeping organizers (for which supervising personnel A shall act as representative)
Party B: Talkback and peeping activities preliminary selection qualifiers
I. Rights and responsibilities of party A
1. Party A shall execute the talkback and peeping activities in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the talkback and peeping organization.
2. Party A has the right to supervise the situation of Party B's execution of the regulations through the supervising personnel.
3. Party A has the right to appoint or recall supervising personnel.
4. Party A has the responsibility to safeguard the rights of Party B as confirmed by the regulations.
5. Party A has the responsibility to ensure the comprehensive nature of the procedures and regulations of the talkback and peeping activities.
6. Party A assumes partial liability for any accidental loss or harm to Party B that may occur during the talkback and peeping period (after the closure of the preliminary selection).
II. Rights and responsibilities of Party B
1. Party B has the right to enter the intermediate selection.
2. Party B has the right to enter the final selection after qualifying in the intermediate selection.
3. Party B has the right to proceed to categorization after qualifying in the final selection.
4. Party B has the right to engage in talkback or peeping after receiving the right to talkback or right to peeping.
5. Party B undertakes to observe the regulations of the talkback and peeping activities.
6. Party B shall endeavor to the utmost to avoid the occurrence of any accidental incident during the talkback and peeping activities.
7. Party B assumes partial liability for any accidental loss or harm to himself or herself that may occur during the talkback and peeping activties.

5. Participants who qualify in the intermediate selection and whose “Certificate of Qualification in Preliminary Selection” has been collected shall receive the “Certificate of Qualification in Intermediate Selection.”
6. Intermediate selection work shall be carried out by supervising personnel (A) and (B).
Note: Each card (by which lots shall be drawn) shall be made from writing paper with dimensions of 3 x 7 cm. The number of cards shall be determined according to the number of qualifying participants after the preliminary round. Of the total 53 cards will carry the symbol “O,” while any others will carry the symbol “X.” Participants who draw cards carrying “O” will have qualified in the intermediate selection, while those who draw “X” shall be expelled.
Note 2: Participants who meet the criteria of the final selection will participate in the talkback and peeping activities.
Regulations of final selection:
1. Participants in the final selection are required to turn in the “Certificate of Qualification in Intermediate Selection.”
2. Categorization will determine 49 qualified participants by drawing lots.
3. Each participant shall take only one card by which lots shall be drawn.
4. Lots will be drawn only once for final selection.
5. Participants who qualify in the final selection and whose “Certificate of Qualification in Intermediate Selection” has been collected shall receive the “Certificate of Qualification in Final Selection.”
6. Intermediate selection work shall be carried out by supervising personnel (B).
Note: Each card (by which lots shall be drawn) shall be made from writing paper with dimensions of 3 x 7 cm. The number of cards shall be 53, of which 49 cards will carry the symbol “O,” while the remaining four will carry the symbol “X.” Participants who draw cards carrying “O” will have qualified in the intermediate selection, while those who draw “X” shall be expelled.
Note: Participants who meet the criteria of the final selection will participate in the talkback and peeping activities.
Regulations of categorization:
1. Participants in the categorization are required to turn in the “Certificate of Qualification in Final Selection.”
2. Categorization will determine talkback personnel and peeping personnel by drawing lots.
3. Each participant shall take only one card by which lots shall be drawn.
4. Lots will be drawn only once for final selection.
5. According to the results of categorization, the “Certificate of Qualification in Final Selection” will be collected and talkback personnel will receive the “Talkback Personnel Certificate” while peeping personnel will receive the “Peeping Certificate,” respectively.
6. Categorization will be carried out by supervising personnel (A) and (B).
Note: Each card (by which lots shall be drawn) shall be made from writing paper with dimensions of 3 x 7 cm. The number of cards shall be 49, of which 11 cards will carry the symbol “O,” while the remaining 38 will carry the symbol “X.” Participants who draw cards carrying “O” shall be talkback personnel (earning the right to talkback), while those who draw “X” shall be peeping personnel (earning the right to peeping).
Appendix: “Talkback Personnel Certificate”

2. Enter the talkback hall as quickly as possible at the stipulated time.
3. Do not jump steps at the entrance to the stairwell when entering the talkback hall.
4. Follow the stipulated path after entering the talkback hall.
5. You must talk during the time stipulated for you to talk.
6. Do not talk until the time stipulated for you to talk.
7. Remain silent during the time stipulated for the other to talk.
8. Conduct yourself with solemnity during the time stipulated for the other to talk.
9. Do not return to the peeping hall until the stipulated time.
10. Return to the peeping hall as quickly as possible at the stipulated time.
11. On the question of the identity of the person with whom you will converse, what he (or she) will say, and what he (or she) will do, you will not know until after you have spoken with him (or her). Do not inquire in advance.
12. Please relax as much as possible.
13. After returning to the peeping hall you must do the same things as the other peeping personnel.
Appendix: “Peeping Personnel Certificate”

1. The interior layer of the wallboard on all four sides of the peeping hall contains peepholes through which you may peep on the talkback situation.
2. There are 40 peepholes and 47 peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel). You should attempt to attain a peephole for yourself.
3. If you are temporarily without a peephole, you should pay attention for peepholes that may become vacant at any time.
4. You may engage in behaviors permitted by the regulations to attain a peephole.
5. While peeping, it is best to switch to different perspectives when possible.
6. While peeping, be sure to alternately use both eyes at regular intervals.
7. You must remain silent, even while attempting to attain a peephole.
8. If you have not attained a peephole and do not wish to attempt to gain access to one, you should take other measures permitted by the regulations.
9. Take precautions against others adopting active measures to gain access to your peephole.
IV. Structure etc. of the talkback hall and peeping hall
A. Talkback hall
The talkback hall is the only venue provided for the execution of the talkback activity
The talkback hall is composed of four wall panels 10 meters long and four meters tall each, with an area of 10 x 10 meters or 100 square meters.
Note: The wall panels to be used in the construction of the talkback hall should be known as no. 1 panels.
Thickness of wall panels: 0.4-0.5 cm (negligible in total design).
B. Peeping hall
The peeping hall is the only venue provided for the execution of the peeping activity
The peeping hall is located to the exterior of the four sides of the talkback hall (using no. 1 wall panels for partition).
The peeping hall is composed of four wall panels 14 meters long and four meters tall each, with an area of 12 x 12 meters less the 100 square meters of the talkback hall, or 96 square meters in total.
Note: The wall panels used in the construction of the exterior of the peeping hall should be known as no. 2 panels, yielding a corridor with a width of two meters.
C. Peepholes
The peepholes consist of small holes provided for peeping personnel to aid in peeping.
The peepholes are located along the four sides of the no. 1 wall panels, each at a height of approximately 1.7 meters above ground level and with a diameter of 0.9 cm.
The peepholes link the two spaces of the “talkback hall” and “peeping hall.”
There are a total of 40 peepholes, or 10 in each portion of the wall panels. The first two are located 0.91 meters from each end of the wall, and the distance between each hole should similarly be 0.91 meters.
D. Main entrance and exit
The main entrance and exit refers to the main door through which supervising personnel, talkback personnel, and peeping personnel may enter and exit.
The main entrance and exit shall be constructed on any one side of the no. 2 wall panels.
The main entrance and exist shall be constructed at a height of 2.63 meters and a width of 0.63 meters.
E. Color of the talkback hall and peeping hall
The color of the talkback hall (defined as the area within the no. 1 wall panels) shall be off white.
The color of the peeping hall (defined as the area outside of the no. 1 wall panels but within the no. 2 wall panels) shall be dark gray.
The color of the exterior face of the no. 2 wall panels shall be off white.
F. Auxiliary points and spur lines
In sequence to affirm the path of entrance and exit of talkback personnel to and from the talkback hall, auxiliary points and spur lines shall supplement the positions of the talkback personnel, supervising personnel, and talkback hall exit (stairwell).
1. At the horizontal halfway points of any two facing walls of the no. 1 wall panels, lines A and B should be positioned vertically to the floor. Additionally, at the halfway point of the portion of the wall positioned immediately counterclockwise to line A there should be positioned line C, and at the horizontal halfway point of the opposite wall there should again be a line B positioned vertically to the floor.
2. Lines A and B and lines C and D, respectively, shall be extended across the floor to meet in the middle.
In this way there should be two vertical intersecting axis, namely axis AB and axis CD. The point at which the two axes meet shall be called E.
G. Talkback hall entrance and exit
The entrance and exit of the talkback hall shall be a wooden ladder provided for talkback personnel to enter and exit the talkback hall.
The wooden ladders shall be installed at the line A and line B positions of the no. 1 wall panels, respectively.
The wooden ladders in each position shall be installed on both the interior and exterior sides of the wall panels.
The wooden ladders shall be positioned at a height even with the height of the no. 1 wall panels, forming an 80 degree angle with the floor.
Note: The wooden ladder at line A shall be known as ladder A, while the ladder at line B shall be known as ladder B.
The color of both ladder A and ladder B shall be white.
H. Position of talkback personnel
The position of talkback personnel shall refer to square wooden stools provided for talkback personnel (both sides) to engage in talkback.
The two square wooden stools shall be positioned respectively on the AB axis, each one positioned 0.9 meters from point E respectively.
The seat of each of the wooden stools shall be 0.43 meters high with a surface area of 23 cm x 23 cm or 0.0529 square meters.
Note: The square stool near line A shall be position a, while the square stool near line B shall be position b.
The colors of the square stools at talkback positions a and b shall be off white.
I. Position of supervising personnel
The position of supervising personnel shall be a set of chairs (with backs) and square tables provided for the work of the supervising personnel (two people).
The seat of each chair shall be 0.43 meters high with a surface area of 23 cm x 23 cm or 0.0529 square meters.
The back of each chair shall be 1.13 meters high. Each square table should be 0.69 meters high with an area of 0.53 m x 0.53 m or 0.23 square meters.
Both chairs shall face point E.
Note: The supervising personnel position near line C shall be known as position c, while the supervising personnel position near line D shall be known as position d.
Note: The chair at position c should be positioned 1.3 meters distant from the vertical portion of line C, while the chair at position d should be positioned 1.3 meters distant from the vertical portion of line D. The square tables should be positioned directly to the front of the chairs with an intervening distance of 0.13 meters (for both positions c and d).
On the square desk at position c there shall be placed a normal single-channel recording device with two speakers.
On the square desk at position b there shall be placed a mechanical alarm clock.
The color of the chairs and square desks at the supervising personnel positions (both c and d) shall be off white.
J. Etc.
1. Use half-transparent white nylon cloth to close the roof opening of the talkback hall.
2. A point of entrance and exit should be left in the nylon cloth at the positions of the tops of ladder A and ladder B. The size of this entrance and exit point should suit the size of a single person.
3. Ventilation hole should be left in the nylon cloth in parallel with axis AB and axis CD. Each ventilation hole should be 0.7 cm in diameter, and along each axis there should be 20-30 ventilation holes.
Note (1): There shall not be installed any source of artificial light within either the talkback hall or peeping hall.
Note (2): The talkback hall and peeping hall may be constructed outdoors, in a warehouse, in an exhibition space, or any other venue that satisfies the requirements of talkback.
V. Procedures of talkback
A. Talkback sequence of talkback personnel and grouping arrangements
a. The talkback sequence and grouping of talkback personnel shall be determined by the drawing of lots.
b. Lots shall be coded according to the following ranges: 1A-5A 1B-5B
c. Groups A and B shall consist of equal numbers, such that 1A and 1B constitute a group while 2A and 2B constitute another. This method produces five pairs of talkback personnel and a talkback sequence from 1A and 1B through 5A and 5B.
Note: The coded cards by which talkback personnel determine the talkback sequence shall constitute credentials for entrance to the talkback hall as well as a proof of the “right to talkback.”
d. Each card determining talkback codes and sequence shall be made from writing paper with dimensions of 3 x 7 cm, on which shall be written one of the codes from 1A-5A or 1B-5B.
e. Talkback personnel must turn in their “Certificate of Talkback Personnel.” After drawing lots the “Certificate of Talkback Personnel” shall be confiscated.
f. The drawing of lots to determine talkback code shall be carried out by supervising personnel (B).
B. Both supervising personnel enter the talkback hall and assume their positions.
C. Talkback personnel (also known as honorary peeping personnel), peeping personnel, and supervising personnel enter the peeping hall through the main entrance and exit one person at a time.
D. Talkback personnel shall progress from the peeping hall into the talkback hall through the appropriate entrance and exit (“ladder A” or “ladder B”) according to their sequence in the series 1A and 1B through 5A and 5B. (Talkback personnel whose position in the sequence has not yet been reached shall remain in the peeping hall.)
E. Talkback personnel entering the talkback hall shall move along the AB axis, taking their seats at positions a and b respectively.
F. Talkback begins.
Note: At the same time, peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) begin peeping.
Note (2): Two supervising personnel positioned at positions c and d, respectively, begin their working procedures at the same time (recording and controlling time).
Note (3): One supervising personnel continually makes an inspection tour of the peeping hall.
VI. Regulations of talkback and peeping
1. Talkback personnel and peeping personnel enter the peeping hall through the main entrance and exit by exhibiting the “Talkback Sequence Code Card” or “Peeping Personnel Certificate.”
2. Talkback is split into several subsections for execution, each subsection lasting 30 minutes.
3. Each subsection of talkback is carried out by two talkback personnel (A and B).
4. Talkback sequence = talkback personnel code sequence = talkback subsection sequence.
5. Talkback personnel (each pair) enter the talkback hall at 30 minute intervals according to the talkback sequence.
6. Both sides of talkback personnel whose position in the talkback sequence has arrived may enter the talkback hall when the talkback personnel of the prior subsection have returned to the peeping hall.
7. Both sides of talkback personnel whose position in the talkback sequence has arrived should enter the talkback hall as quickly as possible when the talkback personnel of the prior subsection have returned to the peeping hall. Delay is not permitted.
8. Talkback personnel shall enter the talkback hall carrying the “Talkback Sequence Code Card.”
9. Talkback personnel are not permitted to privately exchange positions in the talkback sequence.
10. Talkback personnel are not permitted to private exchange “Talkback Sequence Code Cards” for “Peeping Personal Certificates,” nor are they permitted to sell or shift their certificates to others.
11. After talkback has finished, talkback personnel are required to turn in their “Talkback Sequence Code Cards” to supervising personnel (B).
12. Both sides of talkback personnel are required to enter the talkback hall separately through the talkback hall entrances and exits positioned at ladder A and ladder B.
13. Talkback personnel A must enter the talkback hall through ladder A.
Talkback personnel B must enter the talkback hall through ladder B.
14. Talkback personnel A must enter the talkback hall by proceeding along axis AB and assume the seat at position a; talkback personnel B must enter the talkback hall by proceeding along axis AB and assume the seat at position b.
15. Both sides of talkback personnel must assume their seats facing each other.
16. Both sides of talkback personnel are barred from turning around, pausing, accelerating, or changing direction during execution.
17. Both sides of talkback personnel are required to sit still and begin talkback.
18. Talkback is executed according to a method by which the two sides speak alternately, each side speaking for three minutes each time.
19. When talkback begins, talkback personnel A speaks first, after which both sides speak alternately.
20. Speaking time is controlled by supervising personnel according to the alarm clock, using hand gestures to indicate speech.
21. Supervising personnel will knock on the tabletops with their hands in order to warn any prohibited behavior.
22. Supervising personnel will issue a warning if talkback personnel have not begun to speak 2-3 minutes into the allotted time.
23. When one side enters the alloted speaking time, that side receives the right to speak.
24. The side with the right to speak has the right to express the content he or she wishes to express in any language and through any actions (excluding content related to the circumstances of the talkback and peeping activity or personnel).
25. The side with the right to speak may not leave his or her seat or touch or attack the body of the opposite side.
26. The side with the right to speak is required to speak within the stipulated time (to talk).
27. Within the allotted speaking time the actual speaking time of the speaker may be less than three minutes, or may be delivered in intervals.
28. The actual speaking time of the speaker (including the time during each round in which each party speaks) may not exceed three minutes.
29. The speaker may remain silent during the allotted speaking time (in the intervals between speaking) and his or her right to speak remains valid, while the other party may not assume the right to speak.
30. There are no restrictions on the content of speech.
31. The volume of the speech of the speaker may not be less than 8.3 decibels.
32. The party who has not yet entered his or her speaking time shall be the listener.
33. The listener must remain solemn while listening.
34. The listener may not may make any noise while listening.
35. The listener must directly view the opposite party until his or her speaking time arrives.
36. The listener may not yawn, sneeze, or cough.
37. The listener may not smoke.
38. The listener may not attack the body of the opposite party or his or her own body.
39. The listener may not disrupt the speech of the other party through any tempting or insulting action.
40. The listener may not leave his or her seat.
41. After each subsection of talkback (30 minutes), both sides of talkback personnel return to the peeping hall as quickly as possible along their original paths without delay.
42. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not enter the talkback hall.
43. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) must engage in peeping through the peepholes, but may not peep in any location other than the peepholes.
44. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may take measures of behavior including dragging, pulling, kicking, and tearing at others in order to attain a peephole, but may not make any sound whatsoever.
45. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) subject to dragging, pulling, kicking, or tearing may ignore the behaviors listed above or may react appropriately, but may not engage in retaliation or resistance.
46. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) who engage in dragging, pulling, kicking, and tearing in order to attain a peephole may not use any weapons.
47. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not smoke.
48. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not engage in conversation or signaling in any method.
49. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not attack or abuse their own bodies.
50. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not disturb any other peeping personnel through seductive actions.
51. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not laugh or play amongst themselves.
52. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not engage in any verbal or behavioral contact with supervising personnel.
53. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) may not climb, lean against, or touch the wall panels.
54. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) temporarily without a peephole may not nap, squat, lie down, kneel, or otherwise sit on the floor.
55. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) temporarily without a peephole and who do not wish to attempt to attain a peephole may engage in the following behaviors:
a. Walk around the peeping hall without pause.
b. Wait quietly behind peeping personnel positioned at a peephole.
c. Strike a fixed pose until the talkback activity has ended.
d. Switch between fixed actions according to a specific rate of change.
56. After the completion of the final talkback subsection (and the talkback personnel have returned to the peeping hall), the talkback and peeping activities have concluded.
57. Talkback personnel, peeping personnel, and supervising personnel shall enter and exit the peeping hall through the main entrance and exit.
58. Talkback personnel, and peeping personnel are required to read sections 3-5 of these regulations prior to entering the peeping hall.
Appendix 1: Sanctions and penalties
1. Talkback personnel who violate the regulations three times during the talkback time shall wear a surgical mask until the end of the talkback subsection.
2. Each violation after the first three shall result in the addition of another surgical mask on top of the others.
3. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) who violate the regulations while peeping shall be required to peep continuously with one eye, the other eye shut tightly.
4. Peeping personnel (including honorary peeping personnel) who violate the regulations while not peeping shall be required to take off their shoes (between 15 October and 15 April of the next year) or wear cotton shoes (if the activity takes place between 16 April and 14 October) until the conclusion of talkback.
5. The “deposits” of any personnel who violate the regulations shall be confiscated.
Appendix 2: Working guidelines for supervising personnel
1. Supervising personnel (B and C) enter the talkback hall in order to moderate and supervise the talkback. B is seated in position c, while C is seated in position d.
2. Supervising personnel B is responsible for voice recording.
3. Supervising personnel B is responsible for controlling time (respectively using left and right hands to signal that speaking time for the talkback personnel in the relevant direction has begun).
4. Supervising personnel A continually makes an inspection tour of the peeping hall.
5. Supervising personnel shall respond to any accidental situations that may arise in the course of the talkback and peeping processes by making contact with the activity organizers as soon as possible, and may not take it upon themselves to make decisions on their own.
6. Supervising personnel shall issue warnings or take punitive action immediately in response to any violations of the regulations.
7. Supervising personnel may not take it upon themselves to alter the relevant procedures and regulations.
8. Supervising personnel may not enter into conversation with any other personnel.
9. Supervising personnel may not shake hands with, hug, smile at or play with, or touch the bodies of any other personnel.
10. Supervising personnel may not attack or abuse the bodies of others or their own bodies.
11. Supervising personnel may not disturb any other personnel through seductive actions of any kind.
12. Supervising personnel may not directly intervene in talkback content, express any opinion of the talkback content, or offer any reply except in the course of engaging in the work according to these regulations.
13. Supervising personnel do not have the right to respond to any questions related to the talkback activity.
VII. Prohibitions
1. No participant may in any way inquire towards any personnel about the situation of the preliminary selection, intermediate selection, final selection, categorization, or coding.
2. No participant may in any way inquire towards any personnel about the circumstances of any other participant.
3. No talkback personnel may in any way inquire towards any personnel about the circumstances of the talkback personnel corresponding to his or her group.
4. No participant may in any way reveal towards any personnel any details of his or her own situation.
5. No participant may raise any doubt or question of the procedures and regulations of the talkback and peeping activities.
6. No participant may raise any suspicion of the talkback and peeping activities in an authoritative way.
7. No participant may renege on his or her commitment after entering the procedures of the activity (registration).
8. No participant may in any way raise personal requirements beyond those permitted by the regulations.
VIII. Explanation
1. This project shall be realized within one year of its announcement (publication), and will be completed only once.
2. Talkback and peeping shall occur only once, and may not be repeated.
