钢丝连接灭火器，由上至下悬挂。顶部安装带有绞盘的电机，可以带动被悬挂的灭火器上下运动。下方是一个横向摆放的灭火器。当上方的物体轻轻触碰到下方的物体时，上方的物体随即上升，下方的物体随即旋转。两者逐渐缓慢停止运动后，上方的物体随即再次开始下降，周而复始。
A fire extinguisher is connected with steel wires and suspended from top to bottom. at the top, there is a motor with a winch that can move the suspended fire extinguisher up and down. below, there is a horizontally placed fire extinguisher. when the object above gently touches the object below, the upper object ascends while the lower object rotates. they gradually slow down and come to a gentle stop. then, the upper object begins to descend again, repeating the cycle continuously.
