将修道院的一块地表翻制成蜡，挖去原来的地表（所挖深度与蜡的厚度相等），用翻制好的新的“地表”（蜡）替代。翻制所用的蜡从当地各个教堂回收。
Cast a section of the monastery's floor surface in wax, excavate the original floor surface (to a depth equal to the thickness of the wax), and replace it with the newly cast "floor surface" (wax). The wax used for casting was reclaimed from various local churches.
