声音内容是45个国家和地区主要电台的台标声效， 这些是最近几年比较引人注意或者相互之间 有着各种矛盾和冲突的国家， 声音是从网络上下载并由程序控制的， 使半导体收音机和套筒喇 叭之间产生一种此起彼伏相互交替的关系 。 1） 首先周边的8个高音号筒喇叭同时发出45个国家 的电台的声音（每个国家时长10秒， 国家与国家音频切 换时加入调台的声音 。 持续时间2分钟，时长可调） （2） 2分钟后静音， 静音时间3秒， 时长可调 。 （3） 3秒后所 有的45个收音机同时发 出声音， 持续10秒， 时长可调 。 （4） 嘈杂10秒后后， 所有的喇叭停止播放， 静音3秒， 时长可调 。 （5）静音3秒后循环 。
The sounds consist of the call signs of key radio stations in 45 different countries and regions.These are countries that have recently been at the center of attention, or have had conflicts or disputes with one another. The sounds are downloaded from the Internet, and played with control software that alternately raises and lowers the relative volume levels of the radios and loudspeakers. 1) First, the eight treble speakers around the periphery play the call signs of radio stations from 45 countries (each country's call sign is ten seconds long, with the sound of changing radio channels inserted between each one,for a total length of two minutes,which can be adjusted. (2) The speakers fall silent after two minutes, for a period of three seconds, which can be adjusted. (3) After three seconds of silence, the 45 radios begin to sound in unison, for a period of ten seconds, which can be adjusted. (4) After ten seconds of sound, all speakers cease broadcasting, going silent for a period of three seconds, which can be adjusted. (5) After three seconds of silence, the cycle repeats.
