圆形的钢铁台座上的铁柱子360度缓慢旋转，垂直于铁柱的挂着一面白旗的铁杆可以上下移动， 由此， 白旗有 时会整个铺在地上，以360度缓慢地被拖拽着，慢慢转动。
An iron column rotates 360 degrees on a round iron base. A pole with a white flag sticks out perpendicular to the column, and can move up and down. Sometimes the flag is fully draped on the ground, dragging as the column revolves.
