机械装置／ mechanical installation
黄 、黑 、红 、白 、绿 、蓝六种颜色的旗帜一字横向排开，安装在墙上并固定住旗杆的机械装置及程序控制系统使旗帜做出整齐划一的动作： 或向上抬升，或向下倾斜， 或呈半圆形在空中摆动， 或呈半圆形在地上来回拖拽。
Six flags in yellow, black, red, white, green and blue are hung in a line along the wall. Their mechanical fixtures and a control program cause them to move in unison— raising, lowering, waving in the air semi-circles, or dragging across the ground in semi-circles.
